AGM & Fundraiser for Lahaina
Aloha kakou,
Please see the attached flyer for our upcoming fundraiser for Lahaina and Annual General Meeting, which will take place on October 14, 2023 at Grace in Growlers in Kailua. SHA members and friends are welcome to join us for the event. We’ll do our best to host the AGM on Zoom so people can join remotely, too.
Key details:
Door Prizes: Only current SHA members will be eligible for door prizes. Please re-up your membership for 2023 if you haven’t already done so to ensure you won’t miss out on some great prizes!
Silent Auction: The silent auction will be hosted on an online platform, and bidding will be open to all (not just those who are present at the fundraiser). Bidding will open on Monday, October 9th and will be open throughout Hawai’i Archaeology Week (more details are forthcoming on other activities for Archaeology Week). Bidding will close at 8:00 pm HST on Saturday night. Auction winners who are at the fundraiser will be able to pick up their items. Items that are won by remote bidders will be mailed out via USPS.
‘Ono Food: SHA will be providing bentos for everyone at the event (not just SHA members).
