Haun & Associates seeks highly motivated, dependable, and experienced archaeologist for full-time archaeological survey, data recovery, and monitoring projects on Hawaii Island. Field conditions can be physically challenging and strenuous, requiring stamina and agility. We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who possesses sufficient skills to function at a high level of competency.
Pay rate will be based on qualifications and experience, and is highly competitive.
Minimum Qualifications: B.A. in Anthropology or Archaeology, field school training, and 2 years of full-time professional experience, preferably in Hawaiian or Pacific Island field archaeology. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate proficient communication skills. Must have a clean driving record and be able to obtain a Hawaii driver’s license.
